We don't store your user name or your password, and we don't log on as you. But we do get some important information from your remote league.
How does it work?
If you want to sync up the data with Benchcoach -- because why would you want to enter all of this stuff twice if you didn't need to -- you need to install our bookmarklet. A bookmarklet is a small bit of javascript code that we write and that gets "installed" as a what Internet Explorer calls a "Favorite" and what Firefox and Safari call "Bookmarks" on your computer. This tiny bit of code is run when you only when you click on the bookmark.
In order to sync, browse to Yahoo, ESPN, or CBS Sportsline like you normally do, and click our button. We check to see if you are on a Yahoo Fantasy Baseball page, an ESPN Baseball page, or a CBS Sportsline page and if so we take the contents of the current browser window and ship it off to the benchcoach cluster, where we look through the HTML and make the appropriate adjustments.
We don't store any credentials and we never contact Yahoo, ESPN, or CBS on your behalf. Everything happens on your browser and in your control.
See our privacy policy for more information.

For technical information on how the importer works, check out our scraping whitepaper.
