The more up-to-date our view of your league is, the better we'll be able to give recommendations. Benchcoach has a way to synchronize your leagues using the Benchcoach Importing Bookmarklet.

The bookmarklet is tiny piece of code that you install on your browser in the form of a bookmark. (Also called "favorites" in Internet Explorer.) You will use this bookmarklet to keep things in sync. If you are on the settings pages on ESPN or Yahoo, for example, pressing the bookmarklet will send this information from your browser to benchcoach, and then we'll be able to set up your leagues with your settings.

If you press the bookmarklet while you are browsing benchcoach, it will direct you to the next outstanding task. If you are on the league scratch pad, for example, and you haven't updated your rosters in a while, pushing the bookmarklet will redirect you to the right page on the remote site, and you simply need to press the bookmarklet again to send the information back to benchcoach. Choose a link on the left for instructions on how to install on your browser.

Benchcoach never contacts anyone on your behalf, and we only receive information when you activate the bookmarklet.
